Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At RARESHELL™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in excellent condition.
As products may come to us from multiple sources, every item is thoroughly checked and resealed with our official RARESHELL™ sticker seal before shipping. This helps us ensure quality and verify the contents before dispatch. Any product returned for exchange must have the original RARESHELL™ seal intact.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong item or wrong model.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product has a fitting issue due to an error on our end.
To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and protective films intact.
Easy Returns
We offer returns on eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned products must:

Be unused and in resalable condition.

Include original packaging and accessories.

Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the customer.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or store credit will be processed accordingly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

Wrong model selected by the customer.

Change of mind after purchase.

Customer does not like the design, colour, texture, or appearance.

Product damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation.

Clearance sale, final sale, or promotional products.

Tempered glass, lens protectors, or installation-related issues after application.

Products returned without original packaging or with a broken/missing RARESHELL™ seal.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:
Step 1
Record a complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Step 2
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 3
Share your order number along with photographs and the unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note that claims regarding transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If a refund is approved for a cancelled order before dispatch, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Product Verification
Our team may request photographs, videos, or additional details to verify the issue.
3. Return Approval
Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
4. Inspection
Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
5. Resolution
Approved cases will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Refunds may be provided when:

A replacement cannot be arranged.

The return request meets our eligibility requirements.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Store Credit Option
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Store credits are issued instantly after approval and can be redeemed on any future purchase from RARESHELL™.
Tempered Glass & Lens Protectors
Due to the nature of these products, replacements or refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.
Issues arising from incorrect installation, dust particles, bubbles, or application errors are not covered.
Important Notes

Our cases are designed and tested on naked devices. Additional skins, wraps, films, or accessories attached to the device may affect fitting.

Product images are intended to accurately represent the item being sold. Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography.
