At RARESHELL™, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and service most deliverable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, operational delays, remote locations, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹799

  • Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹799

Partial COD Orders

To reduce fake and Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders, we currently offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹99 is required while placing the order.

  • The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

Please note that the ₹99 advance payment is not refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation or refused at delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and AWB number will be shared with you.

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking information provided.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

RARESHELL™ will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incomplete delivery information

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Unavailability of the recipient

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Shipments

If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.

For claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package.

If a delivery attempt is missed, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly using the tracking information provided.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances may cause delays, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended beyond our estimated schedule.
